Subscription credits — included with your plan each billing cycle. Bonus credits — granted through promotions, campaigns, or trials. Add-on credits — purchased separately as a one-time credit pack (available to subscribers only).

Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Bonus credits and add-on credits each have their own validity periods — check your account for details.

Yes. Subscribers can add credits with an add-on credit pack at any time. Add-on credits are valid for the period stated at purchase.

Go to Account → Manage subscription & billing. You'll be redirected to the Stripe portal where you can cancel, update your payment method, or view invoices. You can also email support@pexo.ai.

Subscription credits can be used until the current billing cycle ends; after that they expire. Bonus credits stay valid until their own expiry date. Add-on credits remain valid within their own expiry period, but some features (e.g. watermark-free exports) may no longer be available without an active subscription.

All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law. This includes subscription fees, upgrade price differences, and unused credits. For billing questions, contact support@pexo.ai.

We offer three subscription tiers: Pro, Elite, and Max. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance and unlocks watermark-free exports. You can compare plans and prices on the Pricing page.

Max is designed for heavy usage and scales linearly with your monthly credit needs. You can pick a monthly credit volume from the dropdown on the Pricing page (starting at $100/month). Switching to a higher Max tier follows the upgrade rules below; switching to a lower Max tier follows the downgrade rules.

Go to Pricing, select a higher plan or Max tier, and confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately: you'll be charged the price difference between the new plan and your current plan upfront; you'll immediately receive the credit difference between the new plan's allowance and your current plan's allowance; your current billing cycle is not reset, and your next billing cycle will be charged at the new plan price.

Both your existing subscription credits and the newly granted differential credits expire at the end of your current billing cycle and do not roll over. From the next cycle onward, you'll receive the new plan's full credit allowance.

Go to Pricing, select a lower plan or Max tier, and confirm. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle: your current plan and its benefits remain active until the end of the current cycle; no price difference is refunded for the current cycle; from the next cycle, you'll be charged at the new (lower) plan price and receive that plan's credit allowance.

Credits already granted in the current cycle continue to be usable until the end of the current cycle, and any unused portion expires as usual. The new (lower) plan's credit allowance kicks in at the next billing cycle.

Yes. Before a scheduled change takes effect, you can cancel or replace it from your account page. Each subscription can have only one scheduled change at a time — submitting a new one will overwrite the previous one. Cancelling a scheduled change does not involve any charge, refund, or credit adjustment. During the waiting period, your current plan's benefits, credit allowance, and expiry rules are unchanged.

When you spend credits, the system deducts them in this order: earliest expiry first, regardless of credit type; if multiple credits share the same expiry date, the order is Bonus → Subscription → Add-on. This ensures credits closest to expiring are used up first.
